Regarding the scaling and further development possibilities of the physical shop, Bride Now has already reached its limits in terms of its own growth course. But, reaching out to the new age customers in a digital-first business landscape was difficult without an online catalogue. As a result, they were looking for a shop platform that’s based on Magento Open Source, has a wide range of integration options, flexibly scalable, and has a modular structure. For the implementation of the project, Bride Now was also looking for an experienced solution provider with an agile mindset for a long-term and cooperative partnership.
In a carefully conducted selection process, Magento Open Source as the e-commerce platform and Ingold Solutions GmbH as the Adobe Bronze Solution Partner were able to assert themselves with their solution approach - and thus won the budget for the demanding project.
The big challenge was to develop the customizable store with Magento Open Source within a short span of time. In addition, the new platform should be seamlessly integrated into the existing system landscape. Among other things, this consists of:
The further expansion of the product range required a shop platform whose software architecture is designed for large product catalogues, supports several warehouses and offers opportunities to bring online and stationary business closer together. Last but not least, the range of payment methods should be further expanded.
The complex retail logistics were made simple and transparent for the customers with a functionally greatly expanded Shopping Cart & POS checkout powered by SAP Business One. Availability and delivery times are determined in real time for the customer's shopping cart - and clearly displayed for the various procurement methods: parcel delivery, forwarding agent delivery & store collection (Click & Collect).
The project of Bride Now online catalogue was successfully rolled out in October 2020. In due course, the number of orders on the new platform doubled. In addition, the switch to an online lookbook helps the brand to have an extremely successful Black Friday Sale during the difficult times when the physical store was closed.
Strengthen Multi-Channel Sales

With the integration of SAP Business One with Magento, Bride Now customers can see which items are in stock and in which stores. The availability of the individual item in our product detail pages.
