Our German entity is managed by our country manager Jens Junak, who gained years of experience in various companies of the financial sectors – including SCHUFA, Coface Germany and Intrum Justitia.
Creditsafe is constantly growing and developing its business. That’s why we were looking for an SAP Partner to create a Business One Integration to the Creditsafe API that simplifies business operations for companies.
This said, we wanted to offer our solution to those who are already using SAP Business Pro Van. So that these companies have access to our over 365 online reports and business information immediately in their application. Our goal was to reduce the workload, accelerate internal processes for companies and ease the usability for them.
With Ingold Solutions we have found a partner for this solution. This way, our customers have a direct connection to our data. In addition, Ingold Solutions offers an agile customer support service, which supports our customers through important application questions.
Currently, we are observing a growing need for APIs among our customers. Increasingly, companies are looking to simplify their processes by accessing important data such as credit scores directly in their system.
This is why we are already cooperating with partners for interfaces such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
With Ingold Solutions as our fourth partner for SAP, we were able to expand our API-Portfolio. One of the main deciding factors were the huge usability of Business Pro Van SAP. During the implementation, we kept in touch with Ingold Solutions to find out what technologies they were going to use for our API.
Ingold Solutions, an SAP Silver partner, has worked with many clients and provides a user-friendly solution that at the same time is also cost-effective.
Ingold Solutions took care of the requirement and created an easy-to-use Creditsafe API add-on to the SAP Business One dashboard. The integration has made the client onboarding and monitoring process quite easy. The technologies that are used during the process are as follows:
During the implementation process, there was a large team from both sites involved.
From our side it was mainly our Creditsafe customer support. We looked at the desired requirements from customer side and defined major bullet points for the solutions. In cooperation with Ingold Solutions we then have tested the integration in a live test. Doing this we got support from the SAP Project Manager, Technical Consultants and SAP Functional Consultant.
Together with Ingold Solutions we implemented the integration and launched Creditsafe API SAP Business One based on customer requirements.
Overall, the cooperation has been satisfying. The team tested, implemented and launched Creditsafe API SAP Business One within the stipulated timeframe. We were quite satisfied with the demo. The few minor issues that we faced, were addressed quickly and in a highly professional manner. The development team had done a great job!
The Project Manager was always upfront with the solutions and effectively communicated with the rest of the team members via Microsoft Teams and email.
The Ingold Solutions team, we believe, has a positive attitude. There haven't been any problems that haven't been resolved. They are constantly improving their processes and work quality. Besides, the team was attentive to our concerns, paid close attention to the details, and was always ready to share their expertise.
