About the UPS WorldShip Shipment Interface
UPS WorldShip leverages UPS WorldEase technology to simplify the movement of goods. This enhances your supply chain’s efficiency, saving both time and costs. WorldEase takes care of everything, eliminating concerns over additional warehousing and international distribution networks.
The Ingold UPS WorldShip Shipment Add-On uses Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). It generates an XML file from SAP Business One, transmitting it to the UPS WorldShip application. This ensures efficient shipment creation and printing.
Using the custom shipping management screen, you can easily create individual or multiple shipments simultaneously for different countries.
Once synchronized with UPS WorldShip, shipping and tracking IDs are automatically updated in SAP Business One.
Label management, document box creation, and main invoice processing are handled directly through UPS WorldShip.
Both automatic and manual synchronization are supported. Manual sync allows bypassing the scheduled process once XML files are generated.
Efficient error monitoring is in place, and shipments can be easily recreated if needed. All errors from UPS WorldShip are reported back to SAP Business One, allowing users to take corrective action on multiple shipments.
